      revision 1.1.  NDBC corrected data from select stations and submitted
      the corrected data to NODC (see 1-email.txt and 2-email.txt for
      details).  The data files from the original submission plus the
      corrected data files have been archived as revision 2.2.

This directory contains files with ancillary information about the data
submission.

0002436_lonlat.txt - Buoy locations for these data.  Each row contains the
                     geographical position for a buoy (longitude in the left
                     column and latitude in the right column, both in degrees).

0002436_map.jpg - Buoy location map for these data.

02-version.txt - Note about the buoy data that are archived as revision
                 2.2, and the data that were submitted previously by NDBC
                 and are archived as revision 1.1.

0-email.txt - E-mail from NDBC notifying NODC that four files, which contain
              buoy data collected during October 2005, are ready to be
              downloaded and archived.

1-email.txt - E-mail from NDBC notifying NODC that data from selective
              stations were corrected and that updates are ready to be
              downloaded and archived.

2-email.txt - E-mail from NDBC stating that they had corrected data from
              station LONF1 and that NODC may now download and archive the
              updated data files. (Note: In the e-mail, NDBC stated the
              filenames incorrectly.  The correct filenames are of the form
              MMM2005_NODC_LONF1.291, where MMM indicates the month.)
