available in the archived 291 format on the NDBC ftp/Comm servers in the 
files shown below:

SEP2004_ARCH1
AUG2005_ARCH1

These files contain revised archival data for station 42040 during 
Hurricane Ivan (2004) and Hurricane Katrina (2005) for the respective 
months.
