                     geographical position for a buoy (longitude in the left
                     column and latitude in the right column, both in degrees).

0-email.txt - E-mail from NDBC notifying NODC that four files, which contain
              buoy data collected during May 2005, are ready to be
              downloaded and archived.

1-email.txt - E-mail from NDBC notifying NODC of additional May 2005 buoy
              information inadvertently omitted in 0-email.txt.
