format on the NDBC ftp server in the files shown below:

Notes:
Buoy 41001 went adrift, no data, on 3/13/05.
Buoy 41009 failed on 3/15/05.
Buoy 41013 failed on 3/18/05.
Buoy 41025 was restored to service on 3/19/05..
Buoy 42020 had no CO & QL records for March until 3/22/05.
Buoy 42041 was disestablished on 3/16/05.
Buoy 44005 went adrift, no data, on 3/9/05.
Buoy 45007 was restored to service on 3/21/05.
Buoy 46069 had no CO & QL records for March until 3/31/05.
Station CDRF1 failed on 3/8/05 and was restored to service on 3/12/05.
Station PILA2 failed on 3/31/05.
