Hello  Francis,

First of all, let me also wish you a very Happy and Healthy Holiday season.

Attached is file NRT2_CTD_ARCHIVE.zip which contains  18 CTD cast files acquired during the 2004 season by the NOS Navigation Response Team 2 (NRT-2).

Each file is in the WHOI CTD Exchange Format..

Please note that two of the files have less metadata information than the rest.  The two files are:
04155123.ABA
04159175.ABA
They do not contain Project, Survey and Instrument. Apparently an older version of the program that generates these files was used.  I tried to obtain this information but it was not available.
All the filenames have format YYDDDHHM.ABA
where

YY =  2-digit year
DDD = day-of-year
HH = hour of day (UTC)
M = first digit of the minutes of the hour
AB indicates NRT-2
A indicates archive file
