0001890_lonlat.txt - Buoy locations for these data.  Each row contains the
                     geographical position for a buoy (longitude in the left
                     column and latitude in the right column, both in degrees).

0001890_map.jpg - Buoy location map for these data.

0-email.txt - E-mail from NDBC notifying NODC that four files, which contain
              buoy data collected during October 2004, are ready to be
              downloaded and archived.
