Notes:
Buoy 41009 was re-deployed on 10/18/04 at 28:30:03N 80:09:55W.
Buoy 41010 went adrift, no data, on 10/28/04.
Buoy 41025 was re-deployed on 10/04/04 at 35:03:23N 75:22:49W.
Buoy 42020 has no CO & QL records for October.
Buoy 46060 went adrift, no data, on 10/27/04.
Buoy 46069 has no CO & QL records for October.
Buoy 46083 went adrift, no data, on 10/24/04.
Station DUCN7 was serviced 10/14/04 to 10/16/04 and failed on 10/29/04.
Station VENF1 was restored to service on 10/31/04.  No data are
available for this archival period.
