format on the NDBC ftp server in the files shown below:

Notes:
Buoy 41002 went adrift, no data, on 8/29/04.
Buoy 41012 went adrift, no data, on 8/14/04.  The buoy was re-deployed
at 30:02:29N 80:32:00W.
Buoy 42020 has no CO & QL records for August.
Buoy 44004 was re-deployed at 38:27:57N 70:31:45W on 8/11/04.
Buoy 44005 was restored to service on 8/11/04.
Buoy 44017 was restored to service on 8/31/04.
Buoy 46066 was restored to service on 8/7/04.
Buoy 46069 has no CO & QL records for August.
Buoy 46088 was restored to service on 8/5/04.
Station SAUF1 failed on 8/23/04.
Station SAUF1 was powered down for relocation on 8/2/04.
