This directory contains files with ancillary information about the data
submission.

0-email.txt - E-mail from NDBC notifying NODC that four files, which contain
              buoy data collected during March 2004, are ready to be downloaded
              and archived.
1-email.txt - E-mail from NDBC notifying NODC that two data files, MAR2004_ARCH1
              and MAR2004_ARCH3, have been updated, and are ready to be
              downloaded and archived.
02-version.txt - Note about the updated buoy data, which are archived under the
                 directory 02-version, and the original buoy data, which are
                 archived under 01-version.
