format on the NDBC ftp server in four files as shown below:

Notes:
Buoy 41008 was removed from station on 3/27/04.
Buoy 41010 location and water depth were updated to 28:54:09N 78:32:56W
and 841.5 meters.
Buoy 41012 was deployed on 3/15/04 at 30:02:38N 80:33:01W.
Buoy 45002 was deployed on 3/24/04 at 45:19:43N 86:25:00W.
Buoy 45007 was deployed on 3/24/04 at 42:40:32N 87:01:30W.
Buoy 46025 location was updated to 33:44:42N 119:05:02W.
Buoy 46035 water depth was updated to 3717.0 meters.
Buoy 46081 water depth was updated to 418.8 meters.
