Francis,

I've put the Sea of Okhotsk data in an ftp directory
where you can pick it up:

       ftp://ftp.coas.oregonstate.edu/pub/bottero/

You will want 3 files there:

       okhotsk_aanderaas.zip
       okhotsk_microcats.zip
       okhotsk_adcp.zip

We also made an online data report for this experiment
that might be useful to you. It is at

       http://kepler.coas.oregonstate.edu/

Once there choose "Buoy Group data reports" (on the left),
then "Sea of Okhotsk" and you are there.
