                     geographical position for a buoy (longitude in the left
                     column and latitude in the right column, both in degrees).

0000951_map.jpg - Buoy location map for these data.

0-email.txt - E-mail from NDBC notifying NODC that four files, which contain
              buoy data collected during January 2003, are ready to be
              downloaded.
