This directory contains files with ancillary information about the data
submission.

0000835_lonlat.txt - Buoy locations for these data.  Each row contains the
                     geographical position for a buoy (longitude in the left
                     column and latitude in the right column, both in degrees).

0000835_map.jpg - Buoy location map for these data.

0-email.txt - E-mail from NDBC notifying NODC that four files, which contain
              buoy data collected during November 2002, are ready to be
              downloaded.
 
1-email.txt - E-mail from NDBC that they corrected the November 2002 data and
              and the revised four files are ready to be downloaded and
              archived.  NODC did not download and archive the previous
             ("uncorrected") four files from NDBC.

F291_format.html - Description of the F291 data file format.

This directory contains the data files as submitted and downloaded from the
NDBC FTP site.
