0000771_lonlat.txt - Buoy locations for these data.  Each row contains the
                     geographical position for a buoy (longitude in the left
                     column and latitude in the right column, both in degrees).

0000771_map.jpg - Buoy location map for these data.

0-email.txt - E-mail from NDBC notifying NODC that eight files, which contain
              buoy data collected during May and June 2002, are ready to be
              downloaded and archived.  (Note: The May 2002 data are archived
              under NODC Accession 0000752.)

F291_format.html - Description of the F291 data file format.
