                             The reference level of each series is independent.
                             The data are not linked fixed benchmarks.
                             
                             Based on harmonic constituents obtained from
                             the 1998 data, the 682B hourly residuals show 
                             steady periodic fluctuations.  It is not clear
                             if there is a slight offset in timing relative
                             to the 1998 series or if the location is slightly
