Subj: Transmittal #121, Transfer of the MOCE-5 CTD Data Sets

I have placed on the NODC anonymous ftp site, a total of 4 files, when opened, contain the
Marine Optical Characterization Experiment (MOCE-5) data set, and it's associated metadata
entry form. Have also included both text and html versions of the associated cruise report. 
The data sets contain pressure, temp. and salinity data, and associated variables resultant
from the MOCE-5 cruise, 1 to 21 October 1999, R/V Melville.
Data sets were received courtesy of  the Moss Landing Marine Lab (MLML), California State Univ. 
and the MLML web server.
These are "coastal ocean" data sets.
