I have placed on the NODC anonymous ftp site, a total of 2 .zip files, when opened, contain 7
files of current meter data and their associated metadata entry forms (see below).  These data
result from a historical mooring placed in Hood Canal, Puget Sound.  Data files contain current
speed, direction, temperature, pressure and salinity data from 7 meters, Feb. to April 1980.
Data sets were received courtesy of the NOAA/PMEL - Coastal and Arctic division.  These are
"coastal ocean" data sets.
