Date: 17 Dec. 2001 To : Frank Mitchell From: Sid Stillwaugh Subj: Transfer of the Alaska GLOBEC Nutrients Data Sets Frank: I have placed on the NODC anonymous ftp site, a total of 2 .zip files, when opened, contain 12 nutrients data sets and their associated metadata entry forms (see below). These are the 1998-1999 data sets available via the Alaska GLOBEC project. All files contain depths, PO4, SiO3, NO2, NO3, NH4 and N + N (NO2+NO3). Data sets HX203 through HX211 also contain total organic nitrogen (TON) and dissolved organic nitrogen (DON) and urea data. The data were received courtesy of the Univ. of Alaska/IMS and the IMS DataBase web server. These are "coastal ocean" datasets.
