I've just put on ftp.nodc liaison area,

asbirk_pcc.tar

After expanding the tar file, you will find directories:

data/  meta/

Under meta/ I have /simple (Collins-- traditional form)
and /fgdc (FGDC compliant form).

I ran the USGS mp program to ensure no errors exist in
the FGDC form.  Tony may want to check it out.
I did not do the full taxonomy expansion for the
identified species in the data set.
