data note:

	file 3FPA9.09 and file 3FPA9.09a are the same file.
	file .09a starts with drop 12.  per jim farrington, the
        first 11 drops where taken at the dock and therefore
	should be deleted. file .09 is the original processed
	data file.  the files also contain drops that have
	negative values.
