        I have placed on the NODC anonymous ftp site, a total of 3
.zip files,  one containing 18 data files, the second has the associated 
documentation (metadata entry forms) files, and the third has 4 
informational (files (see below).  These are the NE GLOBEC project upwelling
and downwelling irradiance, locations and sea surface temperatures
data.  The data were received courtesy of the Oregon State University's
Remote Sensing (ORSOO) web server.  These are "mixed ocean" data sets.
