I put a file, laws1_pcc.tar on the ftp.nodc liaison
area for submission to NODC.  Here's a blurb about it:

REGIONAL  DATA ACQUISITION
Kaneohe Bay Data
Dr. Ed Laws of the Biological Division of the Oceanography
Department at the University of Hawaii provided a time series
of chlorophyll concentrations taken at one location from
1976-1979 in Kaneohe Bay, Oahu, Hawaii.  Data dumped from
a Matlab format into an ASCII file and a standard NODC
metadata form was completed.
