Standardized SeaBASS Fieldnames and Units ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Below is a table of the standard fieldnames and associated units for use in submitting data to the SeaBASS archive. Many of the fields listed below are wavelength specific . For these fields, the wavelength of the measurement is to be appended to the fieldname . For example, downwelling irradiance measured at 412.3 nm would have a fieldname of 'Ed412.3', and aerosol optical thickness measured at 1020 nm would have the fieldname 'AOT1020'. The fieldnames are NOT case sensitive. Parameters not listed here are still acceptable for submission.
