Thanks for forwarding the files - we assigned NODC Accession Number 0000213 to this shipment.
The earliest date I found in these data is January 13, 1999, in file PJJU.06e; thanks for getting rid of the early dates.  I noticed that the longitude hemisphere in file PJJU.06j is 'E'.  If you agree, we will change the hemisphere to 'W'.
