4 km AVHRR Pathfinder Example Code and HDF Tools

  

Listed here are example programs in Fortran, IDL, and Matlab for reading Pathfinder Version 5 SST data.

  1. pathfinder_v5_hdf_read.pro (IDL)
  2. readPFV5_matlab.m (Matlab)
  3. readPFV5_numobs.f (Fortran code for reading the time series data)
  4. GIS tutorial (Example web documentation for reading pre-screened Pathfinder HDF files with ArcGIS 10)
  5. readPFV5_clim.f (Fortran code for reading the climatologies)
