Data are compressed and stored in ASCII format. A description of the data format can be found in the
WOA09 data set documentation (pdf, 0.16 MB).

To download the data:
1. Select the 'Variable' then press 'One Degree' or 'Five Degree' button.
It will generate 'Available file types' menu
and
a list of unanalyzed mean data files of chosen variable.
2. Download the data using default links or generate other fields data links selecting from given
'Available file types' menu and submitting 'Update data links' button.
