| Instructions how to create ArcGIS readable format from WOD native format | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| - Download program csvfromwod.c from WOD website | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| - Compile using gcc or other C compiler (or download executable csvfromwod.exe for Microsoft operating system) | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
|
- Download desired standard level data from
WODselect Note: Make sure to download in native format and on standard levels | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| - Run program (here called csvfromwod.exe) | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| - Enter name of input file, desired output file name, desired variable | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

- Data will be in output file. Note: To use in ArcGIS, make sure the output name has a .csv suffix | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
- Comma-separated values in output file:
The next 40 entries are the chosen variable values at each of the 40 standard depths used in WOD. These values are interpolated from observations. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
