Submission Information Form (SIF)

NODC requires a Submission Information Form for archiving recurring data sets.

  1. Select format to download: PDF or DOC
  2. Fill out the relevant fields
  3. Save the filled out version as a local file.
  4. Send the file to NODC by one method on the submit page

When using the PDF version of the SIF, you will need Adobe Acrobat installed on your computer in order to save a completed version of the form. Otherwise, please use the DOC version of the form and submit it to NODC.
