Electronic Data Documentation Form (EDDF)

1. click to download the .pdf (53kb) version of the EDDF.
2. make your entries in the proper fields.
3. save the form to your PC as a file.
4. send the file to NODC by one method on the submit page.

When using the EDDF, you may need Adobe Acrobat installed on your PC in order to save the form and email it to NODC. Otherwise, you may lose the information you entered.  If you are using Adobe Reader only, instead of Acrobat, then after filling out the form, you should print it and mail it to the address below.
